As a school we try our best to look after our mental health and we learn all about different ways we can do this. From spending time outdoors, being with other people, eating well and participating in our favourite hobbies and interests.
We discovered we all have a wide variety of ways that make us feel happy and relaxed.
Throughout the week, children got to participate in a range of activities which included: dog walking; going for a run in the local area; spending time outdoors; Zumba and being creative.
Our Pupil Leadership Team also created a video to share their ways of looking after their mental health which was then shared with the rest of the school.
Children's Mental Health Week 2023
Year 5 created a video to give a flavour of some of the activities and learning that took place during the week.
