Ms Georji Fox

My name is Georgi Fox. I have worked with the Staffordshire swimming service for over 27 years, teaching various schools from Nursery up to Sixth form. I now work at Glenthorne providing lessons for our key stage 2 pupils under the Swim England Swimming Charter. I am also a Teaching assistant within Year 2.

I have three children who are now all adults and pursuing their own careers and I own two dogs who love going on walks over Cannock Chase.

My hobbies include swimming and competing at a national level which I have done since I was a teenager, followed by coaching and teaching swimming. I also love football, supporting Liverpool FC and travelling with them home, away and around Europe over the years. I  love driving my Vespa scooter and my favourite place to have travelled is India - it was so vibrant and cultural. 

I come from and educational background with both my parents being headteachers. I appreciate having a good ethos and a special report between staff, pupils and parents makes a successful school. Glenthorne has this in abundance and is a lovely environment to work in.
